The design team deals with the development of full-industry construction, technical and executive designs, using BIM technology. We also provide comprehensive services for the following
investments:
- analysis of absorbency and formal and legal
conditions of real estate, functional-utility programs, - conceptual, construction, tender and executive
designs of residential and public buildings - designs of industrial and specialist buildings,
- designs of sanitary engineering facilities, sewage
treatment plants, water treatment plants, pumping
stations, waste landfills, waste incineration plants,
biogas plants, packaged sewage sludge treatment
plants, - designs of buildings renovations and reconstruction,
including those entered in the register of monuments or located in the conservation
protection zone.
Construction and technical expertise is prepared by
construction experts, engineers and designers in the
field of:
- analysis of the causes of structural damage,
- assessment of the buildings technical condition,
- assessment, verification and optimization of designs and technical solutions,
- inventory of building facilities, including 3D
scanning, - research and analysis of the bearing capacity of foundations and masonry, reinforced concrete, compressed, metal and wooden structures,
- technical review of facilities, including periodic ones,
required by the provisions of the Construction Law, - technology proposals, structural repair designs,
- consultancy in the selection of materials and technologies.
Our conctruction labolarory
performs tests at our customers’ request and for our own needs when developing expertise and analyses of building facilities. We perform tests of building
materials and construction and
engineering facilities in the
following scope:
- determination of the compressive strength of
concrete, - determination of the bending strength of concrete,
- determination of tear strength,
- testing the humidity and absorbability of concrete,
- testing the watertightness and frost resistance of
concrete, - determination of the tensile strength of steel,
- abrasion test.
- determination of the compressive strength of
concrete using the sclerometric method (Schmidt
hammer), - determination of the compressive strength of
concrete using the ultrasonic method, - determination of the pull strength using the pull-off
method, - determination of the adhesion using the pull-off
method, - testing the concrete water permeability,
- testing the moisture and salinity of masonry
structures, - determination of the spacing of rebars in reinforced
concrete elements without the need to make openpits, - checking the thickness of the reinforcement cover and its compliance with the design documentation,
- estimation of the diameter of built-in rebars.
- local and general vibrations testing of engineering
facilities, - testing the infrastructure impact on construction
and engineering facilities, - fatigue strength testing of building materials and
structures in laboratory conditions.
